Harry Engel (Romanian, 1901 - 1968): First Flight, Exhibition Poster, 1954. Wood cut on heavy paper, numbered (13/42) and dated lower right, artist's initials in plate lower right, professionally framed, from Associated. Harry Engel Harry Engel is known for Landscape, still life, portrait. Born in Romania, Engel was brought to this country by his parents at an early age. He was raised in the Midwest and spent two years studying art in Paris, later continuing at Notre Dame and Columbia universities.

Condition: Good aged condition; paper is toned evenly throughout; light creases throughout, edges of paper have light surface grime and are somewhat ragged from handling.
