Franz Marc was a German painter and printmaker, one of the key figures of the German Expressionist movement. He was a founding member of Der Blaue Reiter, a journal whose name later became synonymous with the circle of artists collaborating in it.
25.5 x 33.5 inches with margins; 19.5 x 28 inches plate.

Condition: Good aged condition; paper is toned; light creases in the margins; corners rounded; small hole upper right corner, several heavy creases, in the composition, have been retouched; hinging tape verso.
