A painter. Born in Rishon Letziyon in 1916. Died in Acre 1980. A museum in Avshalom Okashi's name was founded in Acre.

Avni Institute, Tel Aviv.
Painting workshop, Haifa University.
Named among the founders of "Ofakim Hadashim" (1948 - 1963).
Live in Acre 1948 -1980.
