Antique Indian Artisanal Hand Carved GOD VISHNU Figure Panel
Antique Indian panel made of artisanal hand carved wood in the figure of the God VISHNU (one of the three most important gods in Hinduism, along with Brahma and Shiva).
In addition, behind Vishnu's figure stands a bull, and there are four more figures and additional motifs.
Apparently made in Southern India.
Well-preserved except for a chip and crack to the base and a lack to one of the bull's horns.
Base dimensions: 11X35 cm.
Height: 80 cm.
