A post card signed by David Wolfson and Dr Isidore Schalit.- The seventh Zionist Congress.
A post card in which the portrait of Max Nordau is shown. It was sent on the fourth day of the seventh Zionist Congress in Basel in the year 1905. The post card was sent to Israel. In the content of the post card which was sent by one of the participant of the congress to his family in Israel, the writer explains what is happening at the Congress. The following is a translation from the original Hebrew from the opening of the post card:
" Greetings from the seventh Zionist Congress. My precious sister! The Congress was closed by David Wolfson. Nordau was sick and was forced to travel before the closing of the Congress...."
The post card is signed by hand by David Wolfson and Dr Isidore Schalit- Head of the Zionist Histadrut in Austria and Herzl's head secretary.
The post card is stamped with the post office stamp.
General condition is very good. light damage that dont detract from this historical item!
