Feinersh (1924 -) grew up in the Geula neighborhood of Jerusalem learned in Bezalel Jerusalem . In 1965 he went to France, where he worked as a porter. After a period he moved to Brussels, where he joined a group of Belgian anarchist artists, called Mas Mubing. After the Six Day War, he returned to Paris where he received the 'LEFRANC' award for young artists in 1967, and was the first Israeli to win this award.
