A RUSSIAN TULA SMALLSWORD COURT SWORD, 18TH C.
Brass hilt with D-guard, cross guard and shell-shaped guard, grip is wound with brass twisted wire, straight single edged blade with wide fulled on either side, decorated with floral motifs etching, the ricasso is stamped "TULA" in Russian (some pitting on the blade), stitched leather scabbard with brass mounts.
