PAIR OF ANTIQUE FRENCH PORCELAIN COUPLE FIGURINES
Rare late 19th-century gallant couple in polychrome hand-painted porcelain. After the model by Jean Gille called Gille Jeune (1798-1868). The clothes of the lady and the young man are richly decorated with delicate patterns, some details are emphasized with gilding. Both are marked with the number 38 on the base.
