RUSSIAN BOOK PANORAMA LITHOGRAPH NEVSKY PROSPECT
Russian book panorama-lithograph of Nevsky Prospect was published in 1830-1835 by Andrei Mikhailovich Prevo (1801-1867). The author of the original watercolor of the Panorama is the serf artist Vasily Semenovich Sadovnikov (1800-1879). The main theme of his work is the theme of St. Petersburg, inspired by the love for the city. A distinctive feature of the artist is the ability to see Petersburg not only in exquisite lines.
