VINTAGE PRINT CHILD WITH DOG SIGNED KEANE
A vintage print on the cupboard signed Keane on the lower left. Dating back to the 1960-1970s. Walter Keane, 1915-2000, American artist whose paintings are now accepted as having been painted by his wife Margaret Keane, born 1927. The picture depicts a small boy in blue with a white poodle dog. A characteristic pictorial manner in which the eyes of the depicted characters are enlarged, making them more vulnerable. A wooden frame with a plaque, titled No Dogs Allowed and signed Walter Keane. American Mid Century Figurative Art For Collectors.
