LeRoy Neiman, 1921-2012, was an American artist known for his depictions of athletes, musicians, and sporting events. The 1964 America's Cup was held at Newport, Rhode Island. The US defender, Constellation, skippered by Eric Ridder, defeated the British challenger, Sovereign, skippered by Paul Anderson, in a four-race sweep. White mat, wooden frame.
