SHABBAT BLESSING LITHOGRAPH SIGNED ILYA SHENKER
Black and white lithograph representing three children and a woman praying at a table with candles and bread. Underneath is the text of a traditional blessing for Kabbalat Shabbat in Hebrew. The blessing is said by women and is honoring men in the house. Hand-signed Ilya Shenker in pencil in the lower right. Ilya Shenker, born 1920, is a Soviet and American artist of Jewish origin.
