A pair of antique miniature hand colored engravings on paper depicting pastoral landscapes in the manner of Jean Baptiste Camille Corot, French, 1796 to 1875. Unsigned. Framed. Circa: late 19th century to early 20th century. Jean Baptiste Camille Corot was a French landscape and portrait painter as well as a printmaker in etching. He is a pivotal figure in landscape painting and his vast output simultaneously referenced the Neo-Classical tradition and anticipated the plein air innovations of Impressionism.
