An antique Russian Orthodox Bogolyubov Icon of the Mother of God. The mixed media icon with egg tempera, gesso, and levkas on a wood panel. The icon is inscribed upper left. The icon depicts Theotokos with a scroll, standing in front of a group of patrons; a church in the background and the blessing Christ with a scroll in the clouds upper right. Circa: 19th century.
