Three-dimensional construction relief screenprint by James Rizzi, 1950 to 2011, an American artist based in NYC known for his childlike cartoon style and paper sculptures. The artwork depicts a beach scene, seven women in bathing suits on the shore being ogled by sailors. Titled Seven Beauties in the bottom middle. Signed by the artist in the lower left.
