A lot of five antique hand colored photographs by Wallace Nutting. The dates shown on the photographs are 1909 and 1912. Each photograph is signed, depicts a woman in an interior setting, and is hand colored. Matted and framed. Wallace Nutting, 1861 to 1941, was an American minister, photographer, artist, and antiquarian, who is most famous for his landscape photos of New England. He also was an accomplished author, lecturer, furniture maker, antiques expert and collector. His atmospheric photographs helped spur the Colonial Revival style. Collectible Antique Photographs.
