FRENCH FEMALE PORTRAIT ETCHINGS BY GASTON DARBOUR
Color prints on paper by Gaston Darbour, 1869 to 1964, a French artist and printmaker. Polychrome lithograph and etching. The artworks represent the same design, a portrait of a young woman in plumed hat. Both signed by the artist in plate in the lower right. The color version signed Tiree a 95 Epreuves, Printed at 95 Proofs in pencil in the lower right. The monochrome version signed Etat, Condition in pencil in the lower right. The prints are framed together, beige mat, golden frame. Collectible Mid Century Figurative Graphic Art Prints, Limited Edition, Portraiture.
Dimensions
Frame 24 1/4 x 17 1/4 in. Each etching 9 3/4 x 7 1/8 in. All measurements are approximate.
