ANTIQUE JAPANESE MEIJI ERA CLOISONNE ENAMEL PLATE
An antique Japanese, late Meiji era, decorative enamel over copper plate. The interior of the plate is adorned with a polychrome image of flowers surrounded by a foliage motif made in the Cloisonne technique. The backside is decorated with floral, and foliage ornaments made in the Cloisonne technique. Unmarked. Circa: the late 18th to the early 19th century.
