Dordevic Miodrag, Serbian, born 1936, art print on acrylic paper depicting an Op art composition. Inscribed on the backside. Circa: 1970s. Miodrag Dordevic studied at the Zagreb Academy, before passing through Rome and Paris and finally settling in Brussels. He was the figurehead of Optic Art in Belgium. The manner of the artist is similar to Carlos Cruz Diez, 1923 to 2019, a Venezuelan artist said by some scholars to have been one of the greatest artistic innovators of the 20th century, a member of the Op Art movement whose work focuses on the kinetic energy of color.
