A Russian Soviet era book, The Tale of Red Motel, Mister Inspector, Rabbi Isaiah and Commissioner Bloch, by I.P. Utkin. The cover and the title of the work by A. Strakhov. Kharkov, Proletary, 1928. At the intersection of Russian and Jewish cultures, the first book of the early Soviet era poet and journalist Joseph Pavlovich Utkin was written, The Tale of the Red Motel, Mr. Inspector, Rabbi Isaiah and Commissar Bloch.
