ANTIQUE 19TH C FRENCH BRONZE COMPOTE W LOETZ GLASS TOP
An antique French Baroque compote featuring an elaborate pedestal cast in two tone bronze adorned with figures of musical putties, dragon masks, foliate, scroll and rosette motifs. Bears a Bigey Lampiste Atroyes label. The ruffled top is made of Loetz green glass with an iridescent lustre finish. Circa the mid of the 19th century.
