1839 US Land Grant to Abreham Leonard of Springfield, Illinois for 160 acres of land. Has land office seal & signed for President Martin Van Buren by his Secy., dated 1 Nov. 1839. Has folds and shows land platt map on the back. Measures 16" x 10" (some variance can occur).
