A cast bronze ewer India, 19th century Measure: 23 X h. 29 cm - Resting on a disc, the globular, ribbed body, cylindrical neck and domed stopper. Spout in the form of a stylised dragon and scroll handle ending in a bird. Each rib of the container engraved with tall cypresses with leaves or featuring a chequered pattern.
