A gem set enameled Bazu-band. Northern India, possibly Jaipur, 20th century - Gold rectangular arm ornament set with a central emerald surrounded by sapphires within drop-shaped bezels and finished with turquoises and rubies. The back is finely enamelled (meenakari) with a poppy and leaf motif. Recently mounted as a bracelet with small coloured beads.
