A Bidri Huqqa base Central-South India, 18th century Meas: h. 24 cm - Zinc alloy casting, pyriform body, the exterior inlaid with silver with four reserves containing stylised Hyderabad poppies separated by panels with chequerboard motif. This technique is typical of the city of Bidar, from which it takes its name by extension.
