משה בר כוכבא : תעודת הערכה לרס"ל שפירא עמוס על השתתפותו בקרבות חטיבה 188 במלחמת ששת הימים, עם חתימה בכתב ידו של מח"ט החטיבה משה בר כוכבא, לימים אלוף פיקוד הדרום, 1986-1983. תעודה מודפסת : "לציון נצחון צה"ל במלחמת ששת הימים...". לוגו פיקוד צפון, לוגו חיל שריון, שם החייל בכתב יד. רשימת הקרבות בהם החטיבה השתתפה במהלך המלחמה, כולל היערכותה ב - 7.6.1967 לאחר המלחמה. לוגו החטיבה, שתי מפות צבעוניות וחתימתו של המח"ט. 34 ס"מ, הצהבה קלה, כתמי זמן, קרעים זעירים בקצוות התעודה - ללא נזק לטקסט, מעט נקבים זעירים מאוד בתחתית התעודה. מצב כללי טוב.
