Silver Papal State wax jack - Rome after 1815, mark of DE ANGELIS ODOARDO (1823-1837) circular base on which rests the figure of Perseus holding the head of Medusa. The central winder within a circle supports the remains of a wax coil. Fully hallmarked with the chamber marks in use in Rome after 1815 for silver at 10 ounces and 16 denari (889/1000) and with the ””022D”” mark of silversmith De Angelis Odoardo (1823-1837). (Ref.
