Billet Head From the Cutter Vamp.
Removed from the cutter Vamp (ex-Gavilan) when the boat was broken up circa 1925. Designed and built by Charles Olmstead of Bay Ridge, Long Island, in 1893. Vamp was forty feet in length. Height 32 inches.
