Statutes whose main coordinator was the judge João Pereira Ramos d'Azeredo Coutinho, assisted by his brother D. Francisco de Lemos, with the exception of the part, which concerns the natural sciences, which was exclusively compiled by José Monteiro da Rocha. According to Inocêncio there are two editions of these statutes from the same year, one printed in the 4th and the other in the 8th, both from 1772. We know the 4th edition (see Nuno Gonçalves catalog of May 2005, batch 36) , actually printed in 1772, but we do not know of another one in the same year in the 8th, so it is probably an error by Inocêncio confused with the date of publication of the statutes, in fact, in 1772, and it must be the present from 1773. Rare and treasured.
