Angola, 1898/1902 – D. Carlos I, Mouchon type + D. Luís I, straight strip, with surcharge. Envelope circulated from Benguela to Malvern (25.11.04) with transit via Lisbon (21.11.04) with a 15 reis stamp, brown, slightly dotted paper, perforated 11 ¾, MF#40 + 115 s/10 reis stamp, green, porcelain paper, perforated 12 ¾, type I, MF#55, totaling 130 reis, to pay the 2nd postage for letters sent abroad weighing up to 15g. (Table published in the Official Gazette of Angola no. 10 of 17.03.03). Obliterated with a 9-bar silent stamp struck in violet, used as a resource mark in Benguela, due to damage to the dated stamp. Transported from Benguela to Lisbon by the Luanda packet. Copy without defects or repairs.
