Envelope circulated by air from Beira (23.??.38) to Detroit / USA, with stamps of 15c (pair) and 1E (pair), MF175 and 185, totaling 2$30, to pay the simple postage (80) of a letter circulated through Rhodesia weighing up to 20g, according to the postage table in Decree 25.342 of 16.05.35 and the first postage of the air surcharge (1$50) of a letter to the USA, via Southampton, weighing up to 5g, according to the postage table published in BOM No. 10 of 09.03.38 * II series. The first postage of ordinary mail should have been charged at 1$75 instead of 80c.
