Large Corinthian black-figure kotyle. Middle Protocorinthian, 690 - 670 BC. Height 14,7cm, width with handles 21,6cm, ø corpus 15,8cm. Below the rim on each side a snake whose tail is ending on the handle. On the corpus decor of lines, inbetween a frieze of metopes composed of Σ-lines and below a frieze of large spirals. Unsually elaborated decor! Reassembled from fragments, tiny chippings at the cracks, next of one handle a missing and retouched area.
