An Islamic Silver Ring with Inscribed Carnelian Stone.
An Islamic silver ring featuring a large, oval-shaped carnelian (aqeeq) stone, deeply engraved with Arabic script in elegant calligraphy. The crimson-red stone is bezel-set within a ridged silver mount, which displays vertical fluting around the band.
Provenance: Private collection from a distinguished W London gentleman.
