Apart from land art, landscape paintings are generally drawn smaller than life, so they can be said to be miniature worlds. There are few F0-size frames on the market, so the client carved the wooden frame, applied foil, and used gold powder to adjust the color and gloss. The gold in the work is 24K pure gold, but the gold foil on the frame is aluminum foil and gold powder. It is finished with foil adhesive and lacquer coating. The client ordered various red foils for the sky, but couldn't find anything that matched the image, so the client painted the same aluminum foil as the frame, dried for more than a week, and then pasted it with copal medium. I used REMBRANDT paint, which has excellent lightfastness, so the client overcame the disadvantage of low lightfastness of colored foils.
