A RUSSIAN PORCELAIN TOPOGRAPHICAL PLATE CA 1913
Imperial Porcelain Factory, St. Petersburg, reign of Nicholas II. The terracotta color rim is decorated with the golded pattern in the form of stylized flower stems and a seal depicting the state emblem of the Russian Empire. The center is painted with a view of the embankment in St. Petersburg. On the verso, there is a green overglaze stamp of the manufacturer with the monogram of Nicholas II under the imperial crown and the date 1913. Provenance: Sotheby's October 8, 1998, lot # 1157.
