The typed document is a Waiver of Notice and Consent to holding of organisational meeting of the board of directors of Solar Productions Inc. and waives notice of a meeting at 27 Oakmont Drive, Los Angeles, California, on the 10th November 1964 'for the purpose of electing officers of this corporation, and for the purpose of conducting such other and further business as may properly come before the meeting' and further consenting and agreeing 'that any business transacted at said meeting shall be valid and legal and of the same force and effect as though said meeting were held after notice duly given'.
