BERNOUILLI DANIEL: (1700-1782) Swiss Mathematician and Physicist. Best remembered for his pioneering work in probability and statistics. His name is commemorated in the Bernouilli´s principle related to the conservation of energy. Very rare A.L.S., Daniel Bernouilli, one page, 4to, Bale, 7th July 1748, in French.
