De Lesseps informs his son that he has been invited to hunt at M. Dasblay´s land, on 27th November and states `..I promised him that I would let him know if you will be free. Isn´t the budget exam starting on 27th?...´ With blank integral leaf. Together with Theodore de Lesseps (1802-1874) French Diplomat and Senator, son of Ferdinand. A.L.S., Th. De Lesseps, three pages, 8vo, mourning paper, Paris, 23rd December 1894, in French. A touching letter referring to his father´s death, saying `You have very delicately and always given to my father testimony of your affection, which he never stopped appreciating it
