TAUBER RICHARD: (1891-1948) Austrian Tenor. Signed postcard photograph by Tauber, the Schneider image, Berlin, depicting the Austrian tenor in a half length pose, in costume and holding a violin, in his role as Paganini. A good and bold black ink signature to the lower white border. Two very small pin holes, not affecting the signature. Together with Sandor Konya (1923-2002) Hungarian Tenor. Best known for his major role as Lohengrin. Vintage signed 4 x 7.5 photograph of Konya, the image showing the Hungarian singer in a close-up portrait pose. Signed in bold blue ink to the lower white border. VG, 2 £100-120
