An unusual D.S. by both King George V (George R.I., as King, at the head) and Winston S. Churchill (Winston S. Churchill, as Home Secretary, at the conclusion), three pages, folio, Court at Saint Jamess, 15th July 1911. The partially printed document is a Licence issued to Albert Cherry, Manager of the Central Railway at Venezuela, allowing him to accept and wear the Insignia of the Third Class of the Order of the Bust of Bolivar which had been conferred on Cherry by the President of the United States of Venezuela in recognition of valuable services rendered.
