CHAVEZ HUGO: (1954-2013) President of Venezuela 1999-2013. Rare A.N.S., Chavez, one page, oblong 4to, laminated, n.p., 2nd September 1991, to his son Hugo Rafael, in Spanish. Chavez has written a poetic text alongside a colourful pencil drawing by his son. The child drawing showing Simon Bolivar, in a half length pose, wearing his uniform and with a sword in hand. Chavez states `Sword in hand, pointing up, sparkling look, blue breast. In my son´s mind and dreams, You are there, Simón Bolivar.´ A good and poetic text, written in two colours by Chavez, blue and red, about Bolivar his most important historical figure. Signed in bold blue ink by Chavez, adding the date below in his hand. Written at the head `Simon Bolivar´ and at the base `Hugo Chavez 91´ by his son. To the verso bearing a second colourful drawing of Bolivar by Hugo Rafael. With two file holes to the lower edge not affecting the text or signature. VG £400-600
