Signed colour 5 x 7 photograph of Gaddafi seated in a three-quarter length pose wearing his uniform. Signed in bold red ink to a light area at the head of the image. Accompanied by a T.L.S. by a representative from the Revolution Leader's Bureau, one page, 4to, n.p., 4th August 1990, to Paul B. Person, on printed stationery featuring various statements including The Blacks will prevail in the World. The letter thanks Person for his letter and good and sincere feelings towards Gaddafi and concludes 'As Brother Leader reciprocates, we are pleased to enclose, herewith, the requested autographed-photo'.
