Signed colour 7 x 10 photograph, a formal portrait of Mandela in a head and shoulders pose. Signed ('N Mandela') in bold black ink to a clear area at the head of the image and dated 13th October 1999 in his hand. EXMandela's place in world history is in no doubt; South Africa's first black head of state and the first elected in a fully representative democratic election, his government focused on dismantling the legacy of apartheid.
