CARMICHAEL STOKELY: (1941-1998) Trinidadian-American Activist. A prominent figure in the Civil Rights Movement. Member of the Black Power Movement, Black Panther Party and leader of the All African People´s Revolutionary Party, & MAKEBA MIRIAM (1932-2008) South African Singer and Civil Rights Activist. Nicknamed ''Mama Africa'', and appointed U.N Goodwill Ambassadress. A rare signed 6 x 4 card by Carmichael and Makeba, the first sating `For the Liberation of all Oppressed People´. Individually signed by both in bold blue ink, and matted in black beneath a 5 x 5 photograph of Makeba, the image depicting her singing in a half length pose, to an overall size of 8 x 12 (20.5 x 30.5 cm).
