BRAQUE GEORGES: (1882-1963) French Painter, Engraver and Sculptor. A major figure of Cubism development, closely associated with Picasso´s work. Unusual and large signed and inscribed 11 x 17 photograph of Braque, the image depicting the French painter outdoors, seated in a half length pose. Signed in bold black ink (`G. Braque´) to a clear area at the base of the image, also dated 1951 in his hand. Very small remnants of former affixing to the verso causing very small traces to the front. G £400-500
