KENNEDY JACQUELINE: (1929-1994) Wife of American President John F. Kennedy, First Lady 1961-63. Bold black ink signature `Jacqueline Kennedy«, to the front of a United Air lines oblong 9.5 x 4 envelope. Bearing an ink stamp dated in Boston, 29th May 1964, and post-stamped. The four 5 cents stamps showing President John Fitzgerald Kennedy«s portrait, and signed immediately beneath by his widow only six months after his assassination. Accompanied by Jacqueline Kennedy«s printed 5 x 3.5 card, bearing at the heading a blind embossed monogramme, the printed text stating in part `Mrs. Kennedy is most grateful to you for remembering her and her familyÉ«.
