A.L.S., A, with a flourish, one page, small 8vo, n.p., n.d.[1827], to Countess Olga Orloff, in French. Alexandra sends a short message to her correspondent and states in full `How are you feeling my dear Countess? It was sad not meeting you yesterday at the ball, and I was told that you were suffering eye pain. I have been asking about you. I send you my regards and kiss you, and I tell you what you know, I love you very much.« With integral address leaf and traces of former wax seal. Very small overall age wear, otherwise VG £200-300
