STEIGER & JANSSEN: American Actors. Rod Steiger (1925-2002) Academy Award winner. Steiger played main roles in films such as In the Heat of the Night (1967) and Doctor Zhivago (1965), and also portrayed Napoleon in Waterloo (1970) and Mussolini in Last Days of Mussolini (1975) & David Janssen (1931-1980) best known for his starring role as Richard Kimble in the 1960´s television series The Fugitive. Two good signed photographs, 9.5 x 7.5 and 5 x 7 respectively, the first image showing Steiger in a half length pose, in a scene of The Harder they Fall (1956) alongside Humphrey Bogart. The second image depicting Janssen in a head and shoulders pose. Both signed in bold dark fountain pen inks. The Steiger´s photograph is inscribed to French autograph collector Pierre Goulliard.
