BACON FRANCIS: (1909-1992) Irish-born British Painter. Known for his grotesque imagery with works often in triptych or diptych formats. An excellent signed postcard photograph `With best wishes - Francis Bacon´, the attractive image showing Bacon´s work Figure in a Landscape (1946), exhibited at the Tate Gallery. Signed in bold green ink to the lower white border of the postcard photograph. EX £400-600
