בונה המשחרות והאמן, גואש,צבעי מים וקולאז על נייר, 70x50 ס"מ, חתום ומתוארך 1977. עבודה איכותית. עבודה איכותית של אמן מוערך. עקב חפץ, ישראלי, נולד ב-1947.
יעקב חפץ נולד ברחובות בשנת 1946. לאחר שירותו הצבאי נרשם ללימודי אמנות ב"קלישר". בתחילת שנות ה-70 של המאה ה-20 שהה בארצות הברית ללימודים. למרות הרקע הרוויזיוניסטי של משפחתו הצטרף בשנת 1974 כחבר בקיבוץ אילון. לצד יצירתו האמנותית עבד חפץ במפעל הפסיפסים של הקיבוץ - "מוזאיקה אילון".
במהלך שנות ה-70 וה-80 של המאה ה-20 עסק חפץ ביצירת "עבודות אדמה" ובפיסול בעל ממד פוליטי. ב"משחרה" (1981), לדוגמה, יצר ערמה של גזרי עץ המעוצבים כמבנה מעגלי, כמעין הכנה למדורה. במחצית השנייה של שנות השמונים החל ליצור פסלים גדולי ממדים ובהם דימויים של טבע דומם.

1980-1979 אולפן למחול, געתון. הציד תערוכות יחיד רבות בגלריות ומוזיאונים בארץ ובעולם.
